In the room with the waterfall, I have pushed the Olmec head into position in the doorway (1 to the right, 3 forward)until Indy says it won't budge. I go up and restart the water but the head doesn't move out the door. If I swim down and look behind the head, I see that the outer door is closed. What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure you pushed the head into the right doorway? If so, then there is a switch or something to open the door. I don't remember a door where the head is pushed out by the water.

I had to re-start the level in order to make it work. I find this happens sometimes in this game.
