It has been said that Age Of Kings-players might have a slight edge over others with this game.. at least in the beginning.

Red Alert 2 was better than AoK then theres Black&White These were all better than AoK I'd Preffer to play RA2 Than Play AoK 'coz RA2 is much more fun

I have all of the Age of Empire games, in my opinion they are better then the Command and Conquer series. Although both series are extremely fun to play. :c3po:

I got both AOK and RA2, but I must say I immensely prefer AOK. It's just better, deeper, more encompassing, more strategic..
RA2 seems like a quick arcade game compared to it...

i have C&C and AoE, and AoE rocks harder. i have to work on getting the expansion pack, the conquerors, i just picked up the entire half life w/ xpansions discs today, so it could be awhile...

don't postpone, Jay. Conquerors is absolutely, hands-on worth every single dime/penny/whatevercurrencyyouhave.

If the GB-expansion would be every bit as good, we're in for SUCH a treat (to use the word properly... hehe)

I've got AOE sieries and all the C&C Games except RA2 I like AOE best in some aspects and C&C in others.

simple mistake. getting back to the subject, i have The Collectors Edition of all 4 AOE games, with 2 command&conquer games( Tiberian Sun and Red Aler2)

RA2 is kind of like Star Craft, although Starcraft is more intense.

AOK just seems more sophisticated too..

I play the Conquerors every day at work, usually regicide vs. 6 or 7 guys through our network. Can't wait for this game!\

Most of the fellas here at work play Half-Life, but I like Conquerors because if you hit the Windows button on your keyboard it pauses Conquerors, minimizes it, and you look like you've been working the whole time!

rebel, thanks for the tip. i don't have conquerors yet but i heard it's off the hook. even the guys at electronics boutique still wonder about me not having it. but yeah, there's nothing like playing counterstrike or even team fortress at work with your co-workers too!

he'd figure it out when you bring a 36 pack of beer in your office and never come out...
