I just downloaded it a few minutes ago, took about six seconds.
I finally got the file uploaded to our local file server, and the news has since been updated since this posting. Now hopefully, everyone can get the press kit...

Well, I figured I would try the JKII.net's other server, which worked, but hopefully I can get access back to the real file server, that way the bandwidth to the site isn't tied up in file downloads.
