I'm out on deck and I can't seem to do anything else. I've broken through the rusty wall and I got my part back, but the two doors up there (the helm room and the door across from it) are locked. The only other place I haven't gone, as far as I can tell, is the room where you can see the the big guy with the gun through the window. Any advice?

do you have all three machine parts?
did you use the crane in the 2nd cargo hold to move the crate with the blue cristal?
do you have the crank to release the lifeboat?
