I have killed all the russians, collected the blue and red stone, but how do i climb to get the green? I can only get to the second ledger then it is to high and now i'm really stuck! I've looked in every walkthrough but they suck on this matter.

I think you have to use one of the machine parts to fly up there. If I remember correctly.
