I'm on level 14 (Nub's Tomb) and there's an electric ball at the ceiling. I've gone up that elevator that you use that bronze gear that you get from Volodnikof. I've killed a lot of little robot guys. What do I do next? The "X" on the map is where I'm trying to get but I can't. You can't jump in the water or you will be shocked to death!

You need to drain the water and turn the electric ball off. There is a whippable "bird head" you can use to climb up to the ledge that has the "X" on the map. Keep working your way across the ledges and you will get to the top, where you can drain the water and turn the electric ball off. Good luck!
