I am at the beginning of the ice guardian sequence and I am by the room that has a couple of tables and I just got a medicinal herb from one of the tables. Where do I go to pull the block out of the wall?

from where you start this sequence, run to your Left into the building...jump up onto ledge...pull block...jump down from behind you. Run back to where you started. Run to your Right...keep going over the sections that crumble...go over one or two bridges...look to your right. Jump up onto series of ledges. You'll use the whip on one of them. Get Part. Use part on ice monster.
