I was really dissapointed with all the royal guard models out there. Many were poorly modeled. The Kir Kanos model had a horribly short cape, and it was simply too battle damaged, and the boots were badly done. If a good modeller would be willing to take a look at the covers of the Crimson Empire comic books, and in some places the pages, and model Kir Kanos, Carnor Jax, and a generic Royal Guard specifically according to it, I would be deeply grateful. Also, does anyone know how to access the female jedi skin hidden inside of Jedi Outcast?
I know this was supposed to be in the request forum. But no good modellers go there. I posted it here so maybe they'd pay attention.
naahhh i dont think so. you get payed attention to if its a worthy idea for someone. and theres modelers that visit my request forum. i dont request one specific thing though. i and other people share ideas in one thread. not to brag but check and see how many people have visited "model ideas for others" people do go there alot.

Next time read what I said, don't just scim and reply. Both suck badly. That's why I want a new one. Kir Kanos' helmet was ****ty, he walks like he was hit in the balls, and his cape was to his butt, same with Carnor Jax, and the normal Royal Guard, BOTH ones, the cape was messed up and the texturing overall was poor.
well then why dont you make one
general rule- if you complain about someone elses work you should be able to do something better then
yeah im with Cheat on this one... somebody has probably spent a lot of time and effort trying to porduce that model only for people like you to "shoot down" their work.
Its not an overnight job I can tell ya! Anyway post in the correct forum next time and be constructive instead of ripping the work apart!
The 2 out know are good enough. TheCheat is FULLY correct on this one.
im not a modeller but is it hard to have capes etc not clip? and also if its hte texture thats bad, why dont you reskin one???
Damn right crowy... Its very hard to stop clipping well it takes a lot of tweaking any how
yeah Darkahn i cant wait to see your royal guard ingame, if it is better then the one out already which is really awesome, then it will be one of the best models out there
hey now dont be too rough on the guy superracer, i mean he is new here and all so i guess we can give him a break
well he just seemed rather unsensitive because people put lots of work into those models and he just tears them apart only looking at their weak spots

Yea true this thread needs to be closed down. The Royal Guards that are already out are good enough, I dont really see why you want a new one for. If you want one so badly make one yourself. Im sure they are thread's explaining how to model and skin if you dont know how.
