No, it can't.
The Kyle model is still in development, and it won't be released to the modding community until it is completely finished.
The Kyle model will be released to the community via JK2files, JediknightII.net, etc.... It will be free for skinning, requiring only a small paragraph that has to be added to your readme. UVW textures will be provided, yet the way is to be determined.
Once I get my website going again, I'll probably provide more up to date model and release information.
Until it's released though, you'll just have to be patient. :D
And I believe it will be seen in the demo patch first...
