It is quiet as the small freighter floats around in the swarm of rocks. The mood is black and full of sorrow among the people on board the freighter, the people whose former home has been reduced to rubbish. But then one of them speaks up, his voice dry and harsh, his throat dry as sandpaper: "We need to move on. The Empire must suffer for their actions." Another one looks up, a fire suddenly blazing in his eyes: "The Empire will come to know the Shards of Alderaan. And they shall regret comitting this actrocity. Captain? - set for Corellia!"
And as the sun rises on Corellia, so does it on the Galaxy. Shards of Alderaan is back, and that is with a new website and forum.

Shards of Alderaan is a serious Rebel aligned PA located on Corellia, Starsider. It accepts all races and profession but values maturity, activity, dedication and humor and likes to see these attributes in its members. And that's why we doesn't just accept all applicants.

Shards of Alderaan is organized into five divisions: Army, Navy, Intel, FORGE and PaD. Each division has a high level of independece as long as they fulfill their general purpose. Here's a short description of each division:

Army: The Army is the main military force in Shards of Alderaan. Squad Leaders, Commandos, Grunts - all kinds of soldiers are accepted into this division. Obviusly, the tasks of this division is to defend and seize territory, raiding Imperial outposts and generally being a pain in the Imperial ass. The Army is lead by the Surface Marshall.
Navy: Navy is the air/space fighting force in Shards of Alderaan. Until the Space Expansion reach stores, Navy will be helping the Army out and will be driving/flying any useful vehicles once they are released. That means the same professions as Army are be accepted into the Navy. The Navy is lead by the Fleet Admiral.
Intel: Intel acts as the MI6 in Shards of Alderaan. Sabotage, espionage, counter-espionage, assasination, long-range reconnaissance are the jobs of Intel. If reasonable, all professions can be accepted into Intel. Intel is lead by the Intel Director.
FORGE: FORGE (Finance, Operations, Research, Growth, and Exchange) takes care off everything that has to do with crafting, mining, trading, farming, entertaining, healing and other things that will earn money to Shards of Alderaan. As so, crafters, miners, merchants, entertainers, farmers, medics etc are all accepted into FORGE. FORGE is lead by the Chief Engineer.
Politics and Diplomacy: Politics and Diplomacy (PaD) handles everything that has to do with politics, diplomacy, organizing and working out laws. All professions are accepted into PaD if a reason is found. PaD is lead by the Secretary General.

Each Division Commander has a seat in the High Council which is the ruling body in Shards of Alderaan. All highly qualified material is analysed in the High Council, though most important decisions are made PA-wide.

But what is Shards of Alderaan all about? Having fun and sharing SW:G with a group of friends. As simple as that.

again.. posted by me.. we (leaders of this PA) dont really like it when other PA's come into our forums and try to 'Steal' members... we do have a recruiting forum here on SWGalaxies.net. you can take your claim there and try to win over members... but please refrain from posting such stuff on PA forums... it tends to make them a bit mad.

Ill Yoink you to the correct forum from here.

YOINK!

There... much better. :D ;)
