weeeee!!!!! I am downloading the Matrix Reloaded trailer
even as I type this. I am also downloading Warner Bros.
matrix saver, althought I have one already that's pretty good
so I want to see how similar they are. also is the OSt out?
it's a 2 discer this time. I hope it's as good as the first one.
although the second disc i think is the score.

*anyone out ther own the score for the first matrix?*

(anyhow for the next 29 days we can all gabber like idiots
waiting to go see it.)
who will be first however? I guess those in the UK.
whoever see's it first including a sneak preview post here.
whoever has the ost first post here. whoever see's it
more than 3 times post here. hell post here
and proudly say 'there is no spoon!'

I am still sad that mouse died in the first one
i liked mouse.

also the matrix used in the avi's on this forum,
where do you get it? and how do you get your
avi's head in front of it?

(also kind of non related) Darklighter how do you make
the manipulation in my banner have embossed lettering?)

and related to this thread and the manipuilation,
I feel that Lexx should get the honor of the movie review.

anyhow all you Matrix fans get reveved up
and babble away. we have 29 days.:D

note to lucas forum mods and admins.

(i downloaded the large pc version)
it was too fast for my computer
then i downloaded the medium
a bit of drag, so i downloaded the small
320 version; at 98% windows decides
to terminate my intrenet connection.
this morning i downloaded the small again
i hit the escape key and the download
went byb bye; does hitting escape do that
to a download? anyhow i am downloading
it again. one thing though? who is Persephone?
i did not see her in the trailer.
is she just some cheap sex marketing ploy?
and i hope tank is in this one
(most likely not or he would have gotten
a poster too.

does anyone know who wrote the Matrix?
it is a three part story i believe.
*i am already getting ready for the
LOTR FOTR or episode V empire ending
because there is still one more installment to come.*
i also look forward to seeing it.
will only get to see it twice
if i ma lucky, so i am going in the day time
and not on a weekend so i'll get
a quieter more private viewing.

"who is Persephone?

She is in it. See frame 1:57

"and i hope tank is in this one

I'm pretty sure he isn't.

"does anyone know who wrote the Matrix?"
The Wachowski Brothers (Larry and Andy)

"it is a three part story i believe."
That's why there are three films in the trilogy. :)

Sorry about your downloads :(

lol...

Actually that remark I made was meant for my staff at The Manipulation! (http://www.themanipulation.com)(note) the banner in Eggplant's sig), where leXX serves as Webmaster for my site. Please feel free to review over here, I love seeing different opinions. Regardless of any opionions, I WILL see this movie in the theater when it comes out.

I never saw the original in a theater. I was too preoccupied with it steeling all the thunder from The Phantom Menace when it came out. Then, out of the blue, my mother bought me a video tape of it. At first I thought it was some sort of a joke, and then she told me that she had seen a documentary on the making of the film on TV, and she thought that I would enjoy the movie. Reluctantly I watched the video, and was totally blown away. It was not like anything I had ever seen. Things happen at break neck speed, and I even thought it was a great part for Reeves, who truly does belong in action films. Since then I have bought the DVD, which far surpasses the VHS copy. Knowing what I know now, this movie was meant to be seen in a theater.

Saturday night I saw the Matrix Reloaded trailer prior too Anger Management. I must say, this film will most likely set new records and push the envelope of technical effects and action even further than the original.

Summary: Can't wait!:D

* sure I love Star Wars* most of us
all of us do, but I did not know anything
about the marix except I liked Lawrence Fishborne
and Keanu Reeves too, never heard of Carrie Anne Moss
and Olando Blooom or Weaver aka Elrond knew him too.
but it's a different kind of animal all together.
Mr Lucas made SW with certain things in mind.
but the matrix is really such a super sci-fi
(movie of any gendre) that the two can be compared
but sort of inadequately. I think the matrix is like
*well I enjoy seeing it, again and again*
more than SW. not that I have not seen SW umpteen times.
I should get the book, books,

I finally did get the trailer :D :D :D

there are still vital screen shots I do not have
in my matrix collection, i need to find a fanatic
who has a dvd player and a screen shot capturing
program thingy, cause there are certain essential
Matrix moments I do not have yet in my collection.

the other role Lawrence Fishborne did that was cool
was the voice of Drax in the animation, osmosis jones.

and I think Lawrence should receive an oscar
just for looking, acting and being so cool.

I also think Keanu looks cool
in that coat get up.

<and poor, poor Arnie>
I think this T3 or is it 4 movie
is going to do poorly whilest up against
X Men2 and Matrix Reloaded.
from the trailer.

we shoul do it democratically
first one to see it, and who's also an editor
for the manipulation; gets the review. :D

actually i will not be seeing it first weekend
so you do it groovster.

now for something else...

"I know your out there...
I have not come here to tell you how it's going to end
I need screen shots!!!!! just a few.

I have many, Matrix things, so many sounds,
the score the OSt pic and wav's etc but there are
certain quintessential Matrix moments I do not have.
but only a few, doesa anyone out there have a DVD
hooked up to their computer witha screen shot program?
and would be willing to help an eggplant out?

I need my wish list the following (a short list)

Trinity in mid-air as she kicks the cop
(any and all camera angles)

Neo with his mouth all weird in the agent room

Neo and Morpheus in the construct
(in the chairs together, the chairs in desert of real)
(Morpheus close up with the battery)

Kung Fu sceen (any and all fighting shots)

the agent program
(again any and all shots)
*lady in red* *agents with guns at neo's head*
*walking against the stream of the crowd*

Neo with the Spoon kid
**like I want and need spoon boy so much!**

Neo with the Oracle(any shot)

that's it as stated a very short list.
if anyone has any of this
please help an eggplant in need.

<anyhow>21 days now, 12 til the album</anyhow>

oh yes and new and coming soon...

Spoonology (that's matrix Astrology)
red horoscopes verses blue ones,

here's a sample:

(Aries) Agent Smith Mar 20 - Apr 18

Virtually everywhere you go,
there you'll find an Agent Smith.
Calm, Cool, Collected,
holding all the cards, guarding every door,
one finger in every pie, the other on the trigger.

positive attributes:
you get lots of close up shots,
you have more lines than the other agents do,
and you get more screen time with Morpheus and Neo.
You also get a major part in the Matrix Reloaded,
as well as I suspect in Matrix 3 when it comes out.
and you also look good in sunglasses,
as well as fantasy apparel
and you seem to know all the primo
real estate locations in New Zealand.

negative attributes:
you are extremely guilty of assault on a battery,
because when you are being shot,
or shoved in front of a subway train,
you immediately "Book"
and switch places, and let some other poor soul
take the dive for you.

the movie network is playing the matrix Revisited doccumentary
on May 11tth, I believe. I have the wide screen VHS of Matrix
and it has 4 doccumentaries at the end of it. this has more stuff like interviews, and cast between shoots and I think upcoming looks at Reloaded.

also the coolest screen saver I ever saw was a 3D Matrix saver. it had the Matrix code, but it was 3 dimensional and swirling all around you, so it made you look like you were in some kind of Matrix cloud of some kind. when I saw it, I did not have a 3d card, and since then I have never come across anyone who does have it.

also i have a Matrix saver (green screen code) an unofficial one, I have seen the warners official saver, and I am disappointed by it. the code is way too big, and every feww moments a large box of code appears and flashes out. that to my knowledge never happened in the movie, the movie always had neat trickling code continuously cascading down the screen.

anyhow, these forums seem quiet it must be exams or something.

(1) Lexx I know where you got your latest avi:D

(2) I am reviewing the Matrix Reloaded OST|OSC
for Darth Groovy's www.themanipulation.com) site
I should be finished it today may7th, and hopefully
it can be put on site by tomorrow thursday may 8th
*but here is a sneak*

(3)Very Important! disc 2 contains the score.
many of you may or may not be score people,
but since it comes with your purchase, listen and learn.
track 10 the easter eggtrix. Yes if you play this CD
on your computer, go to your my computer and open up
your CD drive. there is a great Matrix viewer window
which plays several quicktime movies.
A movie for Reloaded, and a great one for The Animatrix
coming 06\03\03 (june 6th, 2003) there are 9 animated
Matrix films, a combination of CGI and Anime.
(and yes I am not a big Anime fan);) but this looks so:cool:
like Akira and like way better than Heavy Metal ever was.
(sorry Heavy Metal fans) anyhow I hope they did not say
just on DVD, cause I don't have a DVD player yet:eek:
(I also suspect the OST has this easter eggtrix as well)
but I started with the Score first before listening to the OST.

(4) The Matrix game. available on PS2, X Box, and PC
it is directed by the actual brothers who created the Matrix.
it has 3 different gaming engines built into it. a driving engine,
a fighting engine (Kung FU), and a shooter FPS.
they say the story in the game and the movie
are inter-connected. and that if you watch the movie,
and play the game and watch the movie,
repeat, reload, repeat, reload
you will be as wise as the Oracle,
and 'Be' in the 'know'
about stuff happening on screen,
that other theatre goers won't know.

anyhow I am losing power today from 9am til 5pm
so that is why my review which is 4\5th finished
wont be ready to submit to Groovy until tonight.

the Reloaded CD is a 2 disc set.
disc one is the OST (original soundtrack)
disc two is the OSC (original score)

soundtrack and movie score collectors
have their own little niche out there in music land
(and many of you may not bother with this gendre)
but the Matrix OST and the OSC for the first movie
and the Matrix Reloaded OST|OSC
are something I think you should invest in.
if they are the only 2 scores and soundtracks you own.
they will be enough to get you into Zion
when the Agent comes for you.
(and the game might also generate a soundtrack too)
*and so will the Animatrix so add this movie and music too*

now look at that? more than one soundtrack and score
on CD, why you've become one of those nerdy OST people!:D

5 Days more til Reloaded!

tomorrow night the movie network
is showing Matrix Revisited
a doccumentary on the making
of the first one.
I believe it's on at 9pm EST

I bought the Matrix Reloaded album
on tuesday and have listened to it
several times. I like it a lot.
It is also very different from the first one.
my review of it will be in the manipulation
as soon as Darth Groovy is able to update the site.

and here's something I made for myself.
*also neat avi, I made a Matrix one.*

if I were Bill Gates or rich like him I would fly everyone from the UK here to North America so 'WE' could all see it at once. maybe for once like when Matrix Revolution comes out in November, the UK should get it first and make the USA and Canada wait a week.

the documentary was really good.
I also have the 4 short doc's on my widescreen Matrix video.
