look at all those nice Japanese covers!!

Why couldn't American covers be so detailed and fulfilling. Is it because the Japanese know how to draw and we don't?? Is it because Americans have no creativity watsoever??

There are more Yuzhaan Vong in the Japan covers, and one of these even has a pic of a voxyn!! My first glance!!

*starts saving money to move to Japan...:p

WHOAH! NICE! You found every japanese njo cover (well with the exception to Traitor, Destinys Way and Remnant) ! You kick A$$! Thank you!

And ya, America is deprived of cool star wars covers...I guess it would make Star Wars "too cool" for the book stores..

These aren't THAT great compared to ours. They do give you a lot more insight ot the way things look though. I doubt Japanese guys drew those, though.

Man, they have a lot of detail. It takes just as much time to visually soak up the cover as it would to read the book. :)

According to the 'Purple People" at the Official Forums, the reason they have those covers and 2 books for one, is because when they translate English to Japanese, the book size increses dramatically. and Japanese don't like really big books.......

So I guess someone has to do book art for it, and I guess that person can draw cooler ones. And when you put the 2 books side by side, it makes a bigger picture.

On the website (http://www.wizards.com/starwars/article.asp?x=sw20020307dnjogallery&c=rpg) it says for this picture: The Yuuzhan Vong challenge the Noghri in hand-to-hand combat.
