Who is the Y-Wing pilot that survives the Battle of Yavin? I believe he is in the X-Wing game, so any one with the original, please help me out. Sorry if that info is wrong and I send you on a wild goose chase. Pretty sure this is correct though...

His name is Keyan Farlander. The star of the original X-Wing game. I dunno if hes cannon or not. If GL named him he is.

Np. It doesnt really matter if its EU or not though. Its the only answer there is. If Farlander isnt cannon then the pilot just doesnt have a name, in which case EU is quite welcome to step in. Thats what EU is for. :)
