Any chance LF can cut down on the pop-up ads? They are starting to get annoying (especially the ones that appear every few seconds when I'm on one page...)

On another note, I find it hilariously funny that there's a pop-up ad for a "pop-up elimenator."

I reccomend the Mozilla (http://www.mozilla.org) web browser. It's more standards compliant, and comes with a BUNCH of cool DOM tools (such as a built in popup killer :))

I get a really strange thing happen...

I don't usually get all the pop-ups, and the 'ugo.com' adds are not displayed since I added that site to my restricted browsing. :D

When I get the odd page cannot be displayed, if I press refresh, I get 10000 'media.ugo.com' pop-ups at once.

I eventually have to kill Iexplore.exe or restart. :(

AS for the ad problem, a pop up stopper is okay, but IE-SpyAds (http://www.staff.uiuc.edu/~ehowes/resource.htm#IESPYAD) works much better. :)

if you use safari (Apples new web browser) you can block all pop up ads that way, but i aggree, for a company that makes as much as lucas does, youd think they could afford to not use pop ups..... Im a regular in the Mac Addict forums, and there arent any pop up ads there.

oh well, im just a n00b, what does my voice matter :p
