Ok, kids, as requested, posted screenshots ;)

The intended gameplay type is FFA or Duel, but I think I'll flesh it out to Saga Gametype, which will require me to vary the archi a lot, but would be more fun.

And yes, I do laundry.

lowered the number of pics to 6, just so I don't kill you guys, and now I changed them to URLs, so you can't kill me now.

Reduce image dimensions please.

Looks nice however alot more detail is required. Can't wait to see what else you can come up with.

I'll reduce them ... but 75K?

You guys aren't hosting it, and most gamers have BroadBand ... I'm not sure I see why.

Anyway, the new rule was up only 10 minutes after my initial post, so don't kill me ;P

I HATE low res screeners. You can't see any detail in them.

In I.E. under tools/internet options/advanced/multimedia there is a setting to enable automatic image resizing for the browser. I don't understand why people don't use it, instead of asking people to resize images they are hosting on their own accounts.

Anyway, nice shots Mate, looking good!

No worries, however there are also a good number of 56k users on the forums, so for the well being of everyone that's how it goes.

Hmmm, didnt see anything in the forum rules about maximum size on pics. That should be added, so people will know what it is.

The method explained above for automatic image resizing will work for those on a 56k. I was about to post some screens of two skins I just submitted, but I will wait.

I guess posting a link to larger size screenshots would be one solution until a maximum size limit is posted.

*Edit* Okay, I see the rules have been updated with the neccisary information. :D

My only suggestion is to cut down on those alpha shadows. Rather, make them lighting. Either use some other shader or entity lights, or add ambient lighting, or just light the brushes w/ the shadows on them.

Really, Emon? You don't like those shadows?

They're really not that bad, ingame, but you would prefer a smooth, plain looking tex, instead?

No...keep the alpha shadows, but don't make them so dark. The light refracting off of other surfaces and other light sources would definatly cause there to be some more ambient-like lighting in the room.

So, final compile == bounce 1, then?

Oh, and I have a different WIP that I won't showcase til there's something to show - that's the one that'll be saga.

This'll just be another FFA or DUEL, unless I can find a way to expand it far enough.

I am also cooking up my own little Saga Mod, hopefully I'll be able to hook up with one of the combat coders and we can hybrid a super - gametype - combat - role-play mod.
