I've been installing and replaying older games. I've finished Max Payne and Hitman 47 again. Playing SimCity 3000 and Homeworld 2 again. Trying to convince my gf to let me buy Battlefield 1942.
home world 2? i thought that they just announced it and it will come out in a couple more years. :confused: oh, get bf1942, just got it and it's a great game. of course i only payed $35 plus tax for it so that might change my oppinion compared to paying full price....
oh and thew, icewind dale 2 just came out. it's a psudo-RPG (see Set, I didin't call it a RPG:D) sort of like a turnbased d2 with D&D rules....

My bad on Homeworld 2, i meant the homeworld expansion. Whatever its called.
well because it's stand alone it should be counted as homeworld 2 but if they're relaessing a game named homeworld 2.... where was i again?

Oh, and it's called Homeworld: Cataclysm. And you can download skins for it from Star Wars. Yep, that's right, I finally got to play the tactical side of Rebellion with the grafics I actually wanted. :D

Kingdom hearts isn't too shabby....i know it's not really rpg, but it's fun....right on the line between coolness and gay though.....
tactical side? you mean that sitting there watching the Empire go and conquer all you planets with large fleets of Imp Stars isn't the point of the game? must have missed something:D

the oppponent doesn't know your base so you can live longer after they pound all of your other planets to dust :D

well i recently bought a PC gameplay magazine... that is a magazine for the BeNeLux (Belgie [b]Nederland [Netherlands] Luxemburg [Luxembourg]) and in there it said the releasedate for SWG in Europe for the end of this year.... so.. maybe there is still some hope. :)

i got battlefield 1842...its prety good espically the airplanes

it's a tank sim, flight sim, and FPS all at once. other than that well, it's a ww2 fps which usually sell at least moderatly if they're well made.

Get 20 people in a room playing BF 1942 and you will have a blast. I'm not one for FPS type games but I havent had this much fun playing a game on the LAN since code name eagle came out. I dont care for single player, but multiplayer is a blast.

oh yeah, forgot the naval combat part. it's great fun with the battleships and subs and aircraft carriers and stuff.
the only time i ever got a kill in a plane was by crashing into somone...by accident...its so hard to use missiles accuraelty and shoot with aiming at somone with the plane going that direction too.... tohugh greandes are the best in the whole game.....there are subs???? in the single player???
