Ok, I'm trying to play Sam'n'Max, and I just d/led the LEC Quick and Easy program. The problem is, if I try to run the game in the VDMSound mode, the sound FX don't work; if I try to run it under the ScummVM mode, the music doesn't work. Any suggestions on how I can get both to work at the same time? :) thanks.

Oh, another problem . . . as I'm playing, the voices stop going at random parts. Like outside of Snuckeys - the text works, but they're voices stop, until I go inside; also at the carnival when I'm talking w/the security guards, and looking around - yet when I talk to Max, the voices work again. help!

I cannot say for certain, but I don't think the music in Sam and Max works with SCUMMvm. It doesn't play on my PC or Dreamcast, so that's what I'm assuming.

To get your voices to work in DOS, I suggest you take a look at the samandmax.net forums on this very network.

Bah its only been out one day and already there's problems.

For VDMSound mode:
You should have installed:
VDMSound 2.0.4 (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/vdmsound/VDMSound-2.0.4-WinNT-i386.msi?download)
VDMSound 2.0.4 Update 1 (http://vdmsound.sourceforge.net/files/VDMSound.2.0.4.update1.zip)
VDMSound Launchpad 1.0.0.7 (http://vdmsound.sourceforge.net/files/VDMSLaunchPad.v1.0.0.7.zip)
Should work fine

For ScummVM mode:
Sam and Max music works fine, remember to select Windows Midi not adlib
If you still have problems make sure you have the latest daily build (click auto-update) and look at what device you have selected for midi playback, as a last resort you can always choose Microsoft GS Wavetable for midi playback.
