Yes. The SOCOM has new sounds. It is using the pistol sound from SOF2 as of right now. The Ninja skin should be easy. I aready have a skin for it (due to me thinking that the Shadow Trooper looks like him) but a model wouldn't be hard. Also it is just not Solid Snake, but Snake Pliskin, Old Snake (From the NES versions) and Solid Snake from MGS 1. And since my GORE code has some player skins that look like the Bad guys from MGS2, it wouldn't be hard to make them to.
PS. MGS 2 and MGS2: Substance is coming out for PC! Also, get this. In MGS 1, Snake wasn't originaly in that suit. He looked like the NES commando suit he had. Odd huh?

I really want to do new animations. So does anyone know how to do it? I have seen many mods with anim's. I am using 3ds Max 4

well to do custom animations I think you need soft image. You might be able to do it with 3ds Max 4, but i think it is very hard and takes a very very long time.
no its not very hard and it does not take very long time to do it with 3dsmax,,its just not possible using that tool
as for softimage... they said thats the tool they were using.. but i dont know if its possible to import the humanoid.gla animations file...sorry cant tell you more
Ok. Thanks. Can you tell me were I can find SoftImage? I have no idea. Also, is there a .md3 Import plug-in for Max4 and is there a plug-in site that has 3ds Max4 plug-in's.
um i think softimage cost $2,000 so i don't think you would just see it in a computer store.
If you make a a MGS 1 Cyber Ninja model, that would be totally awesome. I would make love to your cat. I think he would be good to replace Tavion or something; minus the girl voice.

Usually I'd only play with Starwars models in JKII, but I'm also a HUGE Metal Gear fan. A Solid Snake model MGS or MGS2 would be very sweet.
I think you should make a Raiden (MGS2, of course) model, and have it turn the lightsabers in the game to swords (like that SP Ninja Mod) and have it turn you into Raiden in SP..I know SO many people who want that, LOL

Darth_Kitty, I really think you should do the MGS1 Cyber ninja (grey fox) instead of the MGS2 (olga). Grey Fox looks way cooler, especially because of the one eyeball thing.:jawa

Thanks Guys. Last night I made a semi VR mission to test out the possibility of having Radien or Snake as the player. It looks possible. Also because every one want the Oringinal Ninja, I decided to change Ninja to the old. So here's the updated models list:

I would love to see this get finished, it would be great if the blaster could be replaced with a assault rifle of some sort, then you'de have a socom and a assault rifle and the skins and sounds, then ill make it so that it shoots bullets instead of lasers. =p
