He sounds like a crazy sand person that only comes out every 8 years in order to pick a mate and play obscure video games.

What's cool about this statement is the amount of proof you offer.

They said it on extended play, infinite machine went bankrupt. Their last post on their website was septemer 10, 2001. Theyre gone, the game was dropped.

You know what would help is if we had some SOLID 100% proof one way or the other, like Infinite saying "yes we are bankrupt and not making a new" game or "no we aren't and are working on S&M2" you know something like that...

Listen you son of a bitch, where do you get the nerve to come in here and tell us stuff like that! The large part of this forum was based on our blind optimism that the game would get done! Then you, with your matter-o-fact attitude, had to shatter our hopes on the jagged rocks of reality! HOW DARE YOU! HOW DARE YOU!

I would like to point out that you can now buy New Legends (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00005RCNC/qid%3D1025548678/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F0%5F1/102-6991006-1997738), released in February of 2002, and developed by none other than infinite-machine. Note that this date is many moons after the last update to the infinite-machine web site. Perhaps we should consider that infinite-machine is not bankrupt, leaving it's developers on the street, forced to kill hobos for food, and to whore themselves out writing code for spammers just to survive, but instead they just haven't had the time to update their site 'cause they're too damn busy filling Sam & Max 2 with unfathomable amounts of zany goodness and cockroaches.

I still don't think the game is coming out. But I think the CrazyTaco guy is looking for authority over others through dead facts in order to give himself some control in life.

Or he's correct.

It is true that New Legends shipped way after the last update to InfiniteMachine.com, but I don't really have my hopes up for them still being around enough to make a sequel.

None of the listed @infinite-machine.com email addresses on their website have worked for a while. Like, they were broken even before XBox launch, let alone New Legends shipping. The ones I found at least. (webmaster@ and maybe something like info@)

It sounds like Sam and Max 2 might come out but that it might take a while because of problems(i'm guessing there has to be problems if they haven't updated their site for almost a year) but let's just hope.

Yeah. New Isaac-less evidence has come to me saying "they didn't fine a publisher for their second game [and are basically gone]." I have a feeling that Sam & Max are still being dealt with somewhere by someone in some form that will produce new things for us to drool over. Much investigation is in order.

i'm not sure if Infinite-Machine is gone. I've looked all over and haven't seen a single press release. If a company goes under, they usually have a press release.

They don't have enough money to hire someone to write a press release, I suppose.
