Has anyone here ever gotten past the rank of captain? No matter how much I've tried I couldn't get pass it.

In the classic floppy game I made it to general and Emperor's Reach in the inner circle. Took most of the Enemies of the Empire Campaign though to get past Colnel. That was a long time ago though.
Garindan, how in the world did you make it to the third circle? I've only made it to the second and that's when I'm almost a captain.
The circle is all about achieving bonus goals.
Let me make sure I got this right: I need to complete all bonus goals to be in the Emperor's Circle?
Don't remember if it was points from or the goals themselves...But the more you achieve the further and further you advance. Same way with kill total and base points and rank.
TIE Fighter is pretty hard. I followed what that cloaked dude says, and that's how i achieve the bonus goals. I try to be a good loyal imperial too.

Have you tried out the level editor for tie fighter? i just did, and it's easy as well as awesome and fun.
oops! I meant to say i was in the 4th circle of the order of the emperor. That one looks pretty cool.
