In the game the MTT on the TF side cant be a troop transport. Why would it carry troops? Its not a naval unit so there would be no point. What im saying is that it has to be the TF AT-AT equivalent. It has thich armour and two large cannons on the front so it could be possible.

Yep, thats what i think it is too, but it can carry troops as well, just like the ATAT. It is valuable to carry troops for two reasons.

1) The enemy doesn't know what your throwing at them until your there already.

2) Your troops are much harder to kill inside a giant mech with heavy armour, so you suffer less casualties along the way.

also it is a lot easier to control 2 Mtts then 2 Mtts+all the soldiers that they can carry.

Infantry are usually one of the slowest units in a game.

another reason is baecause it's soo cool.

you can also put scouts in like STAP and speeder bikes. they could protect these units when they are going by fortestes and towers

Actually I think that the MTT is probably slower that Infantry. But It may be like a AoC battering ram, units inside add more attack. Or it could be like many have suggested, protection for units inside.

i think that it will just like in AIK where they all come out the side. It might be a little hard to do the rack thing, it would be cool though, thats for sure.

We thought that there wasn't going 2 be a tow cable on a snowspeeder but there was. Anything is possinle the way Lucasarts and Ensemble studios are handling the game production

The rack thing takes so long though! All your troops would be destroyed! :(

The MTT the AT-AT and the juggarnaut are all in the same mech class with each other. Mr. Fixit separated the mechs into three classes and the MTT, AT-AT, and jugg are all in the third class which is the most powerful class for mechs and all the mechs in that class carry troops as well. I hope that cleared everything up.
