What the heck is the +400% worker efficiency when near a power core-droid???

I haven't notice any bonus to my workers when they are near a power core-droid...

Didn't notice a 400% better effeicientcy either althoguh they do seem to build slightly faster (not 400%)

I may have misread the books, but I always assumed the 400% referred to the output of units (and possibly the speed of upgrades). Without a power core, building produce at 25% of their normal speed. Toss in the powercore and the speed increases 4 times. So if you rephrase this, if a building without power runs at 100%, then a building with power runs at 400%. Frankly, I wondered who they thought they were fooling (or maybe they just thought it sounded better this way)

I read in the booklet that it was 400...

Maybe for buildings but not for workers.

(oh, i think I imagined that faster build speed)

No, people, it's only how fast the units are created from a building, and technologies researched from it.
