Just wanted to say that these games by "LucasArts") or the ones by other companies, it's truly amazing work that people like you do on them.
Also wanted to say that on "Phantom Menace", I think it was a good idea to have it where you get to play more than one character. Sort of a way of getting to see things from different points of view.

I'll tell you, we sure had a good time making TPM. The PSX version was nowhere near what we wanted it to be, but the PC version came together pretty well. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, and the hardcore gamers were REALLY mad at us because, well, it's not a hardcore-type of game.

Our biggest problem was the immovable timeline for the game. It HAD to come out at the same time as the movie, and thus a lot of cool little things got axed. We were going to have a lot of features that wound up being in Jedi Power Battles: a drivable AAT tank and STAP, and we also toyed around with a drivable Gungan Bongo sub that you'd dodge underwater critters with.

Anyways, I appreciate the fact that the game still gets played, and also that it can be a lot of fun. I just saw that TPM PC is on sale for 20 bucks at Electronics Boutique, and also the PSX version is now $19.99 at all kinds of places. Tell your friends http://www.jediknight.net/mboard/smile.gif)

I've seen it for Ј7.99 (about $12) in a Classics range. Either it's really good, it can be afforded to release it at such a cheap price, or it's so poor they're trying to milk it dry (I hope for your sake it's the first Zanzibar http://www.jediknight.net/mboard/wink.gif) Either way, cheap!

I've seen it coupled with Racer or Insider's guide (when I bought it) for 20$CAN at Wal-Mart... I really enjoy the game and I usually still play it. I usually end up either killing everyone in Mos Espa with Qui-Gon or all the gungans in Otoh Gunga... sweet http://www.jediknight.net/mboard/smile.gif)

Hey whoever started that list thing for patches... How's it going along?
