I am most likely going to be a corrupt politician in the Empire, and I was just thinking about how much power you can have and how high in the bureaucracy you can actually go. Could you eventually be in direct contact with Vader or even the Emperor due to your political position? What kind of misdeeds could you do exactly? Just some thoughts.

I really couldn't tell you what you can do as a politician, but I hope it gives a lot of abilities.

By definition, aren't all politicians corrupt? :p
We know Vader will be in the game. I think the Emperor will be as well (although not as often). I don't know if political rank will help you see them or not.

mwehhehe, not if your gonna be a senator in the senate. The emperor has all the power their.
What u should strive after is a regional gouvernour...
they are in direct controll of their region.
Allthough I doubt players will reach that positition, and knowing the empire u can only reach that position due to a careet in the imperial forces.

Uh, either the FAQ needs to be updated or you misunderstood what it said. Non-humans will have to work much harder to get the same advancements as humans in the Empire.
