btw, i always thought the building (that u think is confederacy troop center) was a shipyard. It sortof looks like that platform in one of the aotc trailers on that water planet.

Kamino is, after all, a water planet. So barracks etc. would automatically be confused for shipyards.

Great work DarthMaulUK,

I loved the new info on the new civs and such. When you mentioned that you will have exclusive info earlier this week in one of your posts, I thought that you would have first hand knowledge on what each civs unique team bonuses and changes would be.

For instance what are the TF and wookies unique team bonuses and what changes are under the hood? These 2 civs seem to be the most powerful right now.

Waht are the real changes to all the civs that really differentaite themselves from one another?

Well time to go.

Mounted troopers are there.

At the top of each troop section you will see a button in the middle, above the Introduction.

It says 'Next' in faded red text.

quesiton:

i noticed that in the trade fed trooper entry, repeater trooper isn't listed as an all tech game only upgrade.

does this mean that in the xpac the trade fed can now get repeater troops normally?

Having looked at the Trade Feds yesterday, they do not get a repeater upgrade in the game. This was something I thought might happen, but it doesnt.

I mustn't forget to change that on the civ section

I don't know much about that yet.

All i can say is that when you play the computer - its amazing. Not good. Just a pain.

The computer always teams together 'unofficially' and sends in troopers ten to the dozen. So, if you have set it to 6 enemies, 2v2v2 - they will ALL attack you. Your Ally will give up pretty easily and has a habit of building in your base and I have noticed at times, the enemy will 'forcebuild'! Ive seen a mech factory go up in the blink of an eye with one worker.

damn!

I've not played any singles matches in the Clones Campaigns, but I have noticed more intelligent AI in the campaigns. For example, the computer's been using air transports rather often to drop troops behind my walls instead of only attempting to dash troops against them. The ground troops react better to my jedis, moving out of hand-to-hand more often. I haven't noticed if there has been an increase in economical A.I., and it's still possible to manipulate the opponent out of position, but over all it's been a refreshing change.

I've seen a pic of a B-wing in the screen shots over at Lucasarts, but I've not seen it in the game. It's not an available unit for any of the civs, but I think you can use them in the scenario editor........

I'm glad someone else spoke up in appreciation for all the cool explosions. I didn't even notice them at first (mainly because I was killing troops) but when I did... man, they kick. The blast from the Air Cruiser looks awesome.
