How do I enable the Double ended saber in a dedicated server?

Same way as in a non-dedicated server...
rcon devmap MAPNAME
holster saber, type "\thedestroyer"..
I tried that and I am still not able to get the Dual saber in the game. Please someone step though the procedure to create a server that can have the dual sabers, and how you start the dual's in game. thanks.
Make sure sv_cheats is 1. If it isn't you didn't do the something right., but devmap seems to work fine for me...
oh, and the "Destroyer" is actually quite broken.
Just remember that you need to enable cheats to use it and that means everyone on the server can set whatever cheats they want to use. Personally, I think the dual saber looks lame as it isn't swung or handled any differently and you cut through yourself quite often.
