It was just announced that star of stage and screen, Alec Guiness, died today at the age of 86. I have just heard this on the news, and was shocked. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I believe we should have a moment of silence for a fallen Jedi.

Yeah, I was just about to eat when they said it on the news, I immediatly lost my appetite. I'm sad, that along with the fact that my grandmother can die between now and the next 3 weeks. http://www.jediknight.net/mboard/frown.gif)

That really is sad. He was a great actor in all of the movies I saw him in (okay, only the three SW movies....). But I know he was in plenty of others.

Thanks guys, I'd say you're all welcome at the funeral this saturday, but you'd all have to get a plane to Belgium.
You're all good friends.

Thanks again,
It's actually quite amazing, she had several internal bleedings (in the brain) she managed to survive that for 5 months, at least, the heart, lungs and brain did. I think she understood everything we said, but she was hardly able to response. Must be frustrating.
