Ok, maybe one of you guys or girls (which ever any of you are), or you may not, But does anyone happen to know if Dash Rendar survived dodging the debris from Xizor's skyhook?

Yes, he did survive. If you have the SotE game, beat the game on medium difficulty to see him flying away and talking about how it's better to be remembered as a martyr and still be alive than to sit around waiting for a reward you'll never get.

No, y'see that's the point.

Luke (and anyone else watching) would have thought the Outrider was destroyed. They had no way of knowing that Dash managed to make the hyperspace jump just before the explosion hit them.

I am serious.

I did try to feed what was left of him to the ewoks, but the gungans started a fight, then the jawas stole the corpse.

Well, I've reached the point of exasperation even earlier than usual this month. I feel like Spider-Man in the Twisted Mego Theatre section of the ToyFare magzines. I can't even read five replies without someone one saying totally stupid...and on some occasions I'm right. I think it was a bad idea for me to start this topic.
