Tell us, were do we get these so called, "lives" you keep refering to? Is it some kind of pet monkey or perhaps a new flavor of Doritos?

I haven't been around alot because my modems gone and i've also been learning how to use VB 6.0 http://www.jediknight.net/mboard/smile.gif)

I calculated the odds that this would work versus the odds that I was doing something incredibly stupid...and I went ahead anyway.

Well, I was in an autoaccident Monday night and didn't come into work yesterday. So that's why I haven't been around.

I prefer VB3 the best. It has lots of extra tools not available for 5,6, or 7

BTW, What is a life? Where do I get one, how many megabytes does it take up? Can I install it myself or do I have to e-mail an installation guy? Will I ever have to upgrade? Can I just download it or do I have to order it on-line? does it have cool graphics? is there an instruction manual? does anybody know any cheats? does it have great, mediocre, or bad sound effects and/or music? Is it compatible with Windows 98 or do I have to upgrade to NT or ME? Etc.?

Well, I am 100% okay which is strange because the car is totalled. No front bumper, busted headlights, smashed radiator, messed up hood, cracked windsheild, cracked dash board, both airbags deployed, passenger door won't open.... and I came out without a scratch.

What makes me mad is I was coming back from buying a $70 tire that I'll never drive on now.

So you people watch out for crazy drivers who like to pull out in front of you when you are doing 45+mph!

I must Be thinking of VB 5 which sucks. I will have to check out 6, but 3 is still my favorite, because I have been using it for about two years now.

How could an older version of visual basic be better than a newer one? http://www.jediknight.net/mboard/confused.gif)

with VB 3 you have a lot of extra features and then when they came out with four they rid themselves of a lot of those extra features and made everything more accesible(meaning you have to know the shortcuts), then with five they made everything even more accesible and cut more of the features. I guess with six they have reinstated all of those features and kept them just as accesible.

It's almost like Quick Basic except it uses Windows instead of DOS.
