Apparently the 3 colored keys you are supposed to input are input by means of a puzzle.

The character puzzle is totally beyond me, the only part I can get to is red and it comes out wrong in any combination. I can see the green and blue pods but there is no way to get to them.

Can someone tell me how to do this?

I had to toy around a lot myself to get past that part.

In the large room with the 3 levels of rooms separated by bridges, you need to find the consoles with the 3 symbols that are in your mission log.

You'll need to use force jump a lot obviously. Once you'Ve activated the 3 symbols, jump back up and the rest is easily figured out.
