well that was certainly one of the less sinsible articles i've read today - and i've been reading my university Health and Saftey regulations of which point 5 states - "in case of fire disabled students should make their way to the second staircase", i don't think that was thought through quite properly.

Think of all the American cities named Fairview. There is a number of states that have multiple cities named Fairview. Good thing for postal codes!
