I have to wait 12 more days as Im in Australia...use are so lucky....aaaaahhhhh
Lucky for me, i got no classes the day it comes out. You might not see me on the forums that day, for obvious reasons.

I pre-ordered mine at EBX (I am in USA) and it is coming in on 11/13/01 not bad. I could wait an extra day but i bet that not all people will get it exactly on the 12th if they used UPS or the postal service.

That's cool, I'm homeschooled too :) I expect to be at the mall in Utica the night before with my sleeping bag and supply of snacks.
Ok I'm not quite that desperate. I may even wait a couple days to pick it up... they'll be my last few days of freedom. After that I will be a slave to the computer. I wonder if I can get a nutrient IV so that I don't need to stop playing to eat....

I think they use some sort of mod like an animation creater. I heard its pretty easy to do also...

Make a series of Bitmap pictures, where there is just a slight difference in movement, like:

Then use a GIF creator (search the web for Gif animator) and convert all the bitmaps to a GIF animation file.
It's fun to make them, really!
I actually considered staying home from school 'sick' on Monday, but first of all I don't want to be absent the first day of a new grading cycle, and second I would be found out when my mom brought in the mail to find the game :rolleyes:. Off course I could play happily surprised, but.. :p
Faking sick is easy: You have to use a raspy voice and make a pretty convincing cough..
Also my sister's birthday party is on the 12th.. Something to help me get away from the pain and torture..
i have said it before and i will say it again u people are obsessed with this game. who cares if the game comes out next week i am probably going to buy it around thanksgiving and do u know why,......... because i dont need to have it the day it is out
I ordered mine through Lucasarts and did order status check and my name wasn't even listed so I sent Lucasarts an email. My response back was that it was coming out in November 2001. Thank god the Game has gone Gold!

You guys think you have problems? I pre-ordered it the very day they allowed you too, and you know what? I found out yesterday they screwed up my order online!!!! All they got from me was my name and phone number and that I wanted SOMETHING!!...I had to call their 888 number and replace the order, I was and am still kinda peeved at them. I think they should fed ex overnight for their error.
