There are too many ads on ALL forums (including the ones which don't have any to the right), one banner ad should be sufficient. I would also like to express my disappointment in the advertising of online casions, I don't beleive in gambeling and I think online gambeling is pure evil. Many people send themselves bankrupt like this and I beg you to consider not to support this industry.

I would much rather see ads for adult websites or even banks then online gambeling. Please think about where you are sending your visitors.

Uh, if we take them down this month, there won't be anymore LucasGames or Mixnmojo. But at least you won't have to see gambling ads.

Besides, unless people are extremely EXTREMELY high, they don't even bother to look at the ads. And if they do, it's just another thing. Hopefully they will be gone soon.

Hah, I've known far more people who lose money to on-line porn than that "pure-evil that makes me wet my pants and scream like a girl while slicing my arm with an orange peeler" gambling.

Maybe you speak from experiance though, just as you speak from experiance from your willingness to see ads of adult men going at it like seals fighting over a fish.

<waits for Meksilon to get 'done' at looking over every contour of goatce.cx>

Banners = money = bandwidth = you get to post your dumb**** ideas about banners.

See? The great circle of dumbassness is complete.

I do not think you should advertise that kind of website, to be honest I don't know how you sleep at night getting referals from a gambeling web site and sending your loyal visitors to a website that will take their money in exchange for nothing.

Please get rid of casino ads. In Australia it is illegal to run an online casino but not legal to have (say) an adult web site. And they are thinking about making a new law which will make it illegal for Australians to gamble online.

I have asked you very nicely and I don't think I am in anyway asking something that is unreasonable.

You're suggesting that we put porn ads in place of gambling ads? Your ideology gets more confusing with every post.

Speaking by my own words and what I know of these banners... they don't know EVERYTHING the banners show. Sometimes they just sign up and get paid to put the code for a banner on the forums, and the company chooses which will be shown.

Also, I see a lot of 'Get Free CD stuff'. One could also argue someone could fall into that trap too. Say I didn't like them, wy would they decide to take them down because of me? I'm not worth it to e-mail the ad company and ask them to please take off the free cd ads. If you don't like them, don't click them. I'm sure no one else really does anyways (except me... you know, since I'm a big gambler... bingo and that sort... high stakes sorta thing)

No, Met wasn't mocking you, I was. Get it strait.

And nothing FORCES you to go to those gambling sites, dumbass. Just ignore them, it's not hard. Even for you.

And while I adhear and respect the mightyness of great austraila (we only wished all penal colonies could have turned out as great) and it's porn accepting laws (we know how hard it is to find a good looking australian woman), I frankly don't give a **** about what aussies think of casino ads.

And as for it being unreasonable, do you have any idea how hard it is to pay for bandwidth? Now, we all can't have the godly hosting that digitalrice hands out, but it usual comes down to paying in any way you can still hang on by your fingernails at the failing digital econaomy. At least they havn't sunk to the likes of posting a million pop ups of "ALL HOLES FILLED" and "A PENIS FOR EVERY MAN!" because, even though you haven't turned that single processing brain to new ideas yet, actual kids *gasp* post on this site. And usually, it's considered wrong to have them going to adult sites. [key note in that statement unless you didn't catch it: adult site.]

So, with all due respect:

Eat it.

P.S. Plus: I really don't think those with gambling problems are simply becomming addicted to gambling due to lame ass on-line casinos when there are whole establishments for that. Just like Nympho's don't stay endured on your loved porn sites.

Geez, I'm concerned about the people who WOULD click it, not me. you can pay for your hosting using outher ads easily enough, and DigitalRice removed my account, without warning, on THEIR error so I'm going to have to get another host (maybe UNITED.NET although they only give you 100MB bandwidth which is tiny).

Mek, stop worrying about these supposed gambling addicts for a second and start worrying about what other people will do to you if you keep talking like that.

And have you seen the ad with the purple monkey? Are we to take that ad down too, because the monkey is purple? Which means he's gay? And gay acts are supposedly evil acts, right? And we can't have gay, evil ads up, now can we? Give it a rest Jerry Fawell.

Some people don't think like you Mek. The majority of people don't think like you. Maybe you should suck it up and service gambling addicts a better way, like helping out in Gamblers Anonymous. Just stop complaining, please.
