Is it possible to create new sound files, the preset vocals in the game when you enter chat boxes with the numbers 1 thru whatever.... although these are fun and entertaining i want to create others that would add a little more flavour to the game. Is this possible? if so please let me know how.

You can't make any sounds with the game itself, but you can record or find sounds elsewhere and put it into the "Taunt" folder under the game folder under the Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds folder, which is under the LucasArts folder, which is under the Program Files folder.
get a mike, record something in .wav format with a tool in the accessories folder, and then use something like WINRIP to make it a .mp3.
