I guess this is a helluva long shot, but does anyone have this sought-after item? I am willing to buy it from them if they do. In fact, just any information on the three-sided box altogether would be nice. Thanks.

Why do you want it so badly? All it will do is collect dust on a shelf somewhere... but hey whatever floats your boat... I don't wanna rain on your parade lol.

This is the only item I haven't got in my 'original boxed LucasArts collection.' That doesn't mean I'm gonna pay someone the moon for it, just that I can make a fair offer.

Only item missing in your lucasarts collection?

You're saying you have all of the lucas adventure gameboxes?

Zak? And Maniac too? And Indy Last Crusade? All of them?

I have Indy Crusade and Zak in their boxes - and then all other Lucasarts adventure games from then on.
I don't have maniac mansion tho - I just play it in DOTT.

Well, yeah I have them all. I bought most of them off ebay after a few months of depression when I realised that the true reign of the adventure game had ended, and it would never be back. I wanted them all so I could own a piece of history, and see all the cool stuff like the Loom audio drama on cassette tape, the poster in Maniac Mansion, and the National Inquisitor Newspaper in Zak Mckracken. It was worth the money.

Throwing away boxes? That's herecy! I regret the fact I let my brother throw away the LucasArts Volume 1 box once. :( That was such a cool box damnit! :( Oh well I'm over it now ;) Trying to get all lucasarts boxes, collecting is fun :D

The ones im most 'proud' of are Indy LC (because its pretty hard to get nowadays in sealed box) and The Dig (because that's just an amazing box, love it!)

hehehe, which ones are you missing out on?

I'm missing out on:

Maniac Mansion
Zak McKracken
Monkey Island 2: Le Chuck's Revenge
Indiana Jones Last Crusade (ACTION!)
Loom

Anyway I only put up my LucasArts adventures there.. :P I gotta trying beating you with showing off....my miscellaneous boxes are:

Broken Sword 2
Space Quest 6
Larry Collection
Torin's Passage
Gabriel Knight 2
Gabriel Knight 3
Riven
In Cold Blood
Tex Murphy Under a Killing Moon
Pandora Directive
Overseer

and the one that's probably one of the rarest in my collection: Operation Stealth. (Delphine Software) Yeah baby! That game rocks! :)

So I only put down boxed adventure games, not cd jewel case games. So you know what? :D Let's call it a draw! :P

Heh, I thought I was the only one collecting boxes. *phew* I'm relieved. :o

Well, I'm not going to brag about my collection of LEC boxes because I'm too old for that.

(Okay, lame excuse for not telling that I only have four original LEC boxes):p

Anyway, maybe I'll expand my 'collection' in the near future...

If I was gonna put down EVERY game I have, and not just the adventure games, I'd still win hands down. I have over 300, for PC, Playstation, Megadrive and SNES.

Hmm... I sold my Monkey Island 1 & 2 boxed game on ebay a while ago...I got around Ј25/Ј30 for it, so maybe this box collecting will pay off.

I'd rather collect COOL things though, like..erm..Pokemon Cards.

I never sell ANYTHING, I always BUY BUY BUY! Just won a Darth Vader Limited Premiere Star Wars CCG card on eBay because the card game is going out-of-print. Someone stole my Darth Vader Unlimited Card, so I got pissed and said "Now or Never" and bought it for $30 with 4 other good cards. I'm always looking for posters and stuff, but the shipping for them is quite a hefty fine, and sometimes it costs me like $25 to get a single poster.

I have a couple old The Adventurers, but nothing special really. I wish I did though :(
