Check the LEC site, prolly under legal stuff or the FAQ. Im sure it would be illegal though.

Yeah, LEC has a lot of legal issues. They recently threatened to sue a kid that made a deathstar level for UT.

Makes you wonder when it gets taken that far, I mean it's just fun and games. I can understand where they're coming from, but is it really necessary? :(

I will have to look more into it, as I know that fan-sites, private sites, and even clan sites have screen shots and images from JK, but I guess that has to do with the fact that the own the game. I just see alot of sites that are not LEC affliated or authorized, and they all have pictures of movie images, characters, etc.....so who knows, but im sure LEC knows..... :D

I dont understand why these companies need to be sooooo fussy. I think they should be more concerned with their games being copied etc..

Why do you worry about that?
Im 99% sure that Its illegal, but cmon!
They wont sue you because you use a screnshot of the game! Its even promotion for them
Of course if you do something reasonable
I remember there were some problems with a DF level because the objective was stealing some porn photos of princess Leia, but if you dont make anything like that, you wont have any problem
