jar jar is so pointless...it angers me to disscuss him...episode 1 wouldve been so much better without him...he better die in episode 2, i couldnt handle him for a whole other movie :mad:
Yea it was pointless to add him as he hardly said or did anything anyway (apart from getting in the way :mad: ). I think the reason for him being in the film though was for GL to show off his digital computer effects etc :eek: . And they were amazing :)
i went back and watched Ep1 a few hours ago...and yeah, i was thinking the same thing...he was quite a "visual" spectacle, but did NOT contribute to the movie in any positive way...except to lead the queen to the army...but that couldve been resolved an entirely differnet way
come on, if a kid 'accidently' distroys the entirity of the trade federations army, why couldnt amidala stumble upon the 'secret' gun-gun (whoops, that will get the anti-gun people in an uproar) place...
