All are operating normally.
Try doing a simple ping command to your ISP. See if they time out. If they time out, it's probably them. Otherwise it could be your browser. Shuting down and giving your computer a break might be a good idea.

One time I suggested to my parents that I buy, like $20 worth of stock. They disagreed, but I would have made like over the course of 2 weeks $500.
