i want to mod the enemys gave more experience. For example dobble than normal.

Just use KSE and get an much exp as you want, or use the ingame cheats.
Shouldn't this be in mod requests?
you need to mod a 2da file, I can't remember the name, it's something like exptable, or xptable. then again, you could also mod the exp requirements for levelling up and cut those in half, but the game is easy...
