How would you go about uncompressing and converting the Kotor Voice Overs into usable, files?

The Kotor Voice Overs are actually .MP3 files with a .WAV header so you have to decompress them using either Miles Sound Studio or Lame into usable .WAVs

Actually, you can rename the .wav files to .mp3 files and you are able to open them in Audacity.
