A lot of what you have done (No Offence) seems to be ideas. Im working on SOTE for HarIII and we back up everything and collaberate using DropBox. It means if one person loses everything its still there.
That's why whenever you do something, you back it up onto a USB or something. That's what I do, so I don't lose all my stuff.

Ok I just learned something well making a skin for one of the party members. That I should tell all you noobs out there.
Putting a skin of a different charcter will not change the model of a charcter so they look like the skin! I tried putting a trashadon skin on t3m4 and this is the result:

That looks as if it's HK-47's actual stealth program.
I got that as well with HK. He doesn't have a txi bit filled in in appearance.2da. There is no way to make him shiny.
Well I looked at his texture slot in the appearance.2da and filled in Cm_Baremetal, and he was not really shiny, but more the shininess HK-50 has. Also, most of the time while on board the Hawk, he'd revert back to transparent. Everywhere else though he'd stay shiny.

Your project has ambition, I'll give you that. As has been already stated try not to rush it too much; I noticed you said you were planning a demo already, which is a big no no. Due to the apparent scope of this project, a demo release so quickly would be very messy and just wouldn't give your game a good first impression.

I know before i was Planning for one because i was excited. But not Anymore
This thread has been funny to read. I know that it takes a long time for a mod to be finished (TSLRCM for example or BoS:SR) But, I also share a lot of peoples feelings about this large mods, and how many of them die. While I hope this doesn't happen for this one, I would be more comfortable if there was more information about what has been worked on, or finished.
Just a little note, rembember the shapeshifter form K1? The Genoharrdan guy. Just an "idea" for race changing explinations.
