Yes the mapper is called ICEPWN or srscat a top class mapper.
This mappak features custom mp loadscreens like in SP

I update this mappak it feature custom animated loadscreen ,GG bakground and it updates your mapslist selection window.
U can install multiple paks but it will only show the latest install in the load
