This is a simple re-skin of Missions default underpants skin, and It was created for my own benefit however i think there might be others out there who'll enjoy this as well so here it is.

Also it should be noted that this mod does NOT give mission the half red/half blue appearance. That is part of another mod I'm working on that should be released later this year.

So no, it does not reskin her lekku. That will be part of another mission mod I'm making.

You mean is this like a direct port or something?
No I skinned it myself, however you are correct in that I used the basic concept of the k2 dancers outfit and Leias outfit from Starwars 6 for this mod.

I equipped Bastila in TSL with the dancer's outfit:

In combination with the Handmaiden for Females mod, you can decide who dances for Vogga - Bastila or Handmaiden. I am actually thinking of re-writing the game scripts to let both the female Exile and Handmaiden dance for Vogga. Now that would be sexy! lol
