There isn't a readme in the file, so I'll put it here:

Instructions: Place n_spaceman_low.tga and dis_iridoarmor.uti into your override. Cheat console the item to get it.

or to replace the armored flight suit in-game, place the aforementioned tga and g_a_armrdfsuit.uti into the override.

Permissions: Use it as you wish, display in screenshots, include it in your mod, add to it, but don't even think about using it without permission first. I'm a nice guy, and usually pretty quick to respond, so you have no excuses not to.

Very nice skin!

I posted a new link, edited the skin, and more importantly I added a screenshot.

You can now more easily obtain it in-game now.
Either cheat console it or have it replace the Armored Flight Suit, after putting the files in the override of course.
