In general, unless you got the same problem, it'll probably be better to start a new thread for your question. Anyhow, I take it you already tried the .NET framework? What version of Windows do you have?

So, my issue concerns all the obvious facts why a program wouldn't work being eliminated. That means, I have ruled out .NET framework(I have 1.1 sp1, 2.0 sp2, 3.0 sp2, 3.5 sp1). My windows is xp pro sp3.

Ideas are appreciated, thanks.
