I voted Provolone, because American wasn't on the poll and Mav deemed it unworthy. If a place doesn't have American Cheese, I'll get Provolone, but I really love Mozzarella cheese sticks.

Tough call between Cheddar and Pepper Jack - but I usually go with Cheddar.
Mozzarella is used on pizza's... but it's become standard to use "fake Mozzarella" these days since real Mozzarella is harder to store for supermarkets and pizza shop purposes.
It's the most consumed cheese in the US.

I voted for swiss, but Subway's around here never have swiss, so I generally get pepper jack.
