Why the heck are there three of each color crystal? They all look exactly the same!
Not exactly, close, but not exactly.
They're different shades of that color.
The orange area has a yellow one and one that is a mix of them.
The blue one has a dark blue, intermediate blue and a cyan.
Again the others have different shades to fit your preference.
