To Decompile NCS file, you'll need DeNCS. (http://www.starwarsknights.com/mtools/DeNCS.zip) For NSS files, all you need is KTool. You could also use Notepad, or something similar to it. EDIT: You'll need JRE 1.6.0 for DeNCS to work.
