How to make TSL streammusic .wav into .mp3

I know I should use Miles studios but I have kind of forgotten how to uncompress the wav files.Cause when I click it says "no codec found for input type".Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong.I also read about how to covert to mp3 but I cant find that thread.Pelase help.

Just rename it from .wav to .mp3. The newest version of Windows Media Player doesn't recognize it, but everything else does.

Adobe Audition is not recognizing it.Help.

Just hit 'decompress'. If Miles is malfunctioning, try re-downloading and reinstalling.

I did that do DI.I uninstalled,downloaded the file again and installed and clicked decompress.It still gives me the same message that no codec found for the requested input type.

Another strategy you can use is downloading Audacity and importing it into that program.
