Error at Startup - What am I doing wrong?

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

What did I do wrong here? I downloaded it twice, installed it twice each time, everything! Did I miss downloading a crucial component or something? Can anybody help?

That error message usually means that you don't have the Microsoft .NET Framework installed on your computer, which KotorTool requires in order to run. You can download it from Microsoft's site:
